The goal of YEHP is to provide an international forum for those passionate about engaging youth in health promotion efforts to share knowledge, research and practical applications of youth-led health promotion.

Topics areas include:

•Injury Prevention

•Mental health promotion

•Adolescent health

•Preventive medicine and health promotion

•Population health

•Health promotion program planning, implementation and evaluation

•Health disparities

•Youth development

•Youth-led health promotion

•Community-based health promotion

There are currently no other Journals that focus primarily on youth engagement as a health promotion strategy and actively solicit youth voice opinion/experiential pieces to be submitted and published.

This Journal is the first of its kind to compile international youth-led health promotion initiatives and original research examining the practice of youth engagement in health promotion.
