Mind & Time

We thank our readers for their understanding while some parts of the Mind & Time website are being updated.
.

.
Mind &Time Publications aims for creativity, diversity, and encourages systems theoretic and ecological thinking. Our goal is to attract both domestic and international research in a variety of disciplines and frameworks, priority being given to topical issues concerning (experiential) knowers and knowing in various socio-historical contexts and cultural-psychological modes.
.
In addition to the standard submit-get-reviewed-get-published process (Mind &Timegen), we employ an innovative, educative publishing process (Mind & Timeedu), which can be part of a graduate course, or a follow-up to one. Mind & Time was initiated by and for graduate students. The mediation and promotion of publications by graduate students and junior academics continue to be on our agenda on a par with publishing work by experienced scholars.
.
The publication website platform, managed by the UofT Libraries JPS/OJS team, offers support for the standard double-blind peer review. In addition, a wiki-type environment is used for an innovative open review (OR) alternative. Depending on the case, OR can accompany or replace the traditional academic quality assurance format, allowing not only one-way but also reciprocal, fully open reviewing, whereby a group of authors share responsibility for a collection of papers.
